VALOR: A Tribute to American Heros

Friday, September 25th, 2009

On the bench right now, Mike is working on a VERY SPECIAL project for Marc Fantich, a client from Texas.  The HD Bagger is being transformed into an American tribute to Medal of Honor recipients.

There is a lot of research and history behind this project – and you can read much of it on our forums at LearnAirbrush.com -

Twelve Gauge Girlies: Custom Shotgun Paint

Saturday, March 14th, 2009

This is another really cool project to come out of the shop, a custom painted Benelli Nova 12 gauge shot gun!!   Mike used his trade mark 007 Camo girls all over this gun and it really looks amazing!!

The Benelli is made almost completely of composite, so Mike was able to paint most of the gun.  4 coasts of Alsa’s Soft Touch clear gives the weapon a really awesome rubberized finish that is extremely resistant to scratching.

Casey’s Hard Life

Wednesday, January 28th, 2009

This bike was completed a few months ago, but was just featured in American Cycle Magazine. The unique style and colors of this bike is eye popping and has made it one of my very favorites! The bike is a graphite base with clean graphics. All the artwork done in engine turned silver leaf and bright red pinstriping. It is a true beauty!!

Mike Learn Airbrush & Design v7

Monday, January 26th, 2009

Mike Learn Airbrush & Design has gone through many changes since 2001. We have grown and developed and morphed and expanded to maintain a presence in the ever-changing world in which we live.

We are now moving into MLA v7. Over the past several years our Community site at LearnAirbrush.com has taken the bulk of my time and has become our main internet presence. MikeLearn.com, however, is still a very important part of the business and I decided that it was time to create a site that was easier to update, simple to navigate and built to deliver top notch info easily.

Welcome to the NEW SLEEK MLA!!
