THE FINISH WORK!!
Construction is done! Now for the fun stuff. THE FINISH.
Venetian plaster for the living room. Chair rail to split Deep Garnet accent and the main wall color, Sea Kelp.
We cut the kitchen counters to set the new floor plan we did on paper to make sure it was going to work for real before signing off on new cabinetry.
All the storage will be built to remain on just the back wall. No cabinets on the right wall and nothing hanging down from the ceiling!
The ugly fireplace gets a face lift!!
Ceilings up, skylight framed, beams padded!

We hung a picture cause we were excited.
Oh, did I mention that the windows on either side of the fireplace were added?

I just saw the giant hole for the stairwell as a BIG waste!
The hall bath is almost done!!!! Just sealing and grouting and another coat of paint to cover the
messy tile guys' finger prints. :)
